Individual Lasagnas - BRILLIANT!

As the school year comes to a close, I am getting more and more lazy about making my lunches and..well, pretty much ANY meal, really.

So, this week, especially, I needed something EASY...something that would make A LOT, and something that would be DELICIOUS even after re-heating!

I searched around and found this Pinteresting recipe for Petite Lasagnas!

The recipe is so EASY to follow, it makes 12 petite lasagnas, or 6 servings (aka A LOT), and it is OH-SO-YUMMY even after being turned in to leftovers :)

While my final-product-photo is not nearly as pretty looking as the ones from the website above, it doesn't change the level of deliciousness!
